Custom Valves has broad knowledge in physics, mechanics, electronics, chemistry and biology – we pride ourselves on our ability to view a project as whole, break the project down into manageable parts and finally put all the parts back together to provide our customers with products that meet their specifications and that work as individual units or as part of an assembly.

Saving Our Customers Time

We develop new valves based on electro-magnetic simulations and are capable of developing complex electronics using computer-aided design processes. We design our molded parts from the beginning so they fit the molding process, and we use CAM machining to build metal valve bodies from castings to save time and money.
